CALLIOPE ADDITION & REMODEL 

This very 80’s style home featured green shag carpet, river rock fireplace, and avocado green appliances. The goal of the remodel was to turn it ‘mountain modern’ while greatly increasing the building's energy efficiency with added insulation, new windows, and air sealing details. A second level was added over the garage and low water use sedum was added on the low roof as a foreground to an amazing view of the Teton mountain range.
